"The room was amazing. The red tint they use on the windows takes a minute to get used to, but does a really good job of blocking the sun. They didn’t have a concierge so you have to provide everything for yourself. The hotel is a little removed from other things so cabs don’t got there and ride share like uber can’t find it, so they may just cancel the pick up, which happened to us 3 times. At one point we just walked to another hotel so we could get a ride. None of that is the fault of the hotel, but you should be aware that as of this post transportation is an issue. The coffee was amazing, but none in the room we had to get coffee from there coffee shop. We got a free breakfast, but it starts at 7am and ends at 10am so if your plans start before that you miss out, which is a shame because for the two days we were there we only got it once and it was good. The contactless check in and out was convenient. You had to request maid service, which was fine I guess, but extra clean towels would have be nice without having to ask for them. All and all we would stay again, just adjust a few things that would have been nice to know before."

"I liked there wasn’t a casino in it. I enjoyed my stay. One thing that I did not understand is I returned a shirt purchased in the shop. I paid 100.00 for the shirt and only got 90 back. Did not realize it till I left."

"Rooms comfortable at good price. Hate the resort fee of $50 a night. 90% of hotels charge On top of your room bill. They can’t even explain what it’s for. Bathroom old and dated. I gave 4 stars because food was very good…pool nice…and if your a poker player and u like action..The Orleans best on Vegas. So much to do under 1 roof. Bowling…movie theaters..casino..and assortment of very good food at all prices."
