The newly constructed Grandview Heights Vacation Homes - Grey Mist is located at the highest point in the peaceful Grandview Heights Historic District, which is within the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District immediately adjacent to downtown West Palm Beach. This luxuriously furnished, fully equipped vacation rental features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, open kitchen, laundry room, private patio area and a charming front porch for relaxing.



Grey Mist is located just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short leisurely walk or bike ride to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Howard Park with jogging paths, 9 public tennis courts and the Armory Art Center is located just a few hundred feet from this home. When here, you are only a few minutes walk to the West Palm Beach Hilton, where guests can acquire a day pass for access to the expansive pool, jacuzzi and resort area, which features food and cocktail options. The Palm Beach County Convention Center and CityPlace, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, Norton Museum of Art and Grandview Public Market are all within easy walking distance. This house is not pet friendly and no animals of any kind are allowed, including service animals, as the owner is highly allergic.

Lovely home and short walk to restaurants and shops!
It was a great place to stay very convenient to city place and downtown, we walked from the house! It was a short trip to watch spring training games. We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was that some of the outlets did not work in the bathrooms and kitchen. The house is beautiful we would stay there again!
