Relax at this peaceful place to stay just outside of Panama City. This manufactured home has been turned into cute apartments with updates like laminate flooring and granite countertops. There is a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Over an acre and a half property, Located out in the peaceful county just about a half mile down a gravel road. Feel free to bring a grill and enjoy the great outdoors!! The yard may be shared with other guest but plenty of room for privacy. The manufactured home has updates like beautiful granite countertops with 2x4 walls and double sheet rock to help with sound. Reinforced Floors include 2x6 3/4 inch subfloor, laminate flooring.
