North Bristol All inclusive Holidays

We enjoyed our stay overall. There were just a couple of little things that could do with some attention. The main entrance door was hanging off when we arrived, and it was still the same throughout our stay, which doesn't create the best first impression. Aside from that, our room was lovely, and the breakfast was excellent – definitely one of the hotel's biggest strengths. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Tortworth Court. Room was upgraded to a junior suite due to 2 big events happening while we were there & new room was quieter. We enjoyed the events that were on while we were there. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant Sunday evening.

A good welcome stay. Just what was needed to relax in the evening and be refreshed in the morning!

Amazing old building, wonderful period and eclectic decor. Breakfasts are the best ever - huge selection and all equally delicious (and generously sized!) Staff and especially Manager Kerry were super helpful and charming. Dinners and lunches were also very good. Service was spotty and a bit haphazard. Internet was not consistent and you had to log in at least three times a day! Room (‘character’) was OK - a bit dark and dingy given the small window and dark paint. On the small side. The bathroom was OK but a bit neglected and dusty. Everything - furniture, beams, skirting boards, beading, seemed to be painted with a dark paint that hadn’t been properly applied so it is sticky and peeling. Definitely that needs to be remedied as it makes everything look tired and tatty. More attention needs to be given to cleaning as there was dust on every ledge, skirting board, and cobwebs in corners and in windows! everywhere in the hotel.

Just a short stay, but made perfect by Jolanta, who sorted out a last minute problem with grace.

Room was good, bed comfy, shower worked well. It’s in the middle of town so there is some noise, especially on a Saturday night, but to be expected. Checking in was easy although it would have been helpful to have two room keys. The woman on the desk did not seem entirely in the same world as everyone else. Parking can be a problem but usually can park in town square (which you need to pay for, either in cash/card or by downloading the local app). Place fairly clean, tables for breakfast slightly sticky. Breakfast quite good and breakfast service excellent. Would stay there again.
