"The hotel was easy enough to make use of town theatre etc. When I booked I thought I had paid for breakfast as well but there wasn’t any even though there was room to do so. Our room was very nice and bathroom clean"

"Arrived at 9.00 Fri evening t He couldn't find any record of my booking, even after showing booking confirmation and reference. The place had a musty smell and a unclean feel to it.
