"It’s 30 min walk from Venezia train station. No wheelchair access through. You have to cross 8 bridges from the train station. Place is close to Rialto bridge (8 min walk) where you can ride the gondolas. "
"Got there very late and the man on duty was very rude, the safe was broken and the key had to back to reception every time you left the room. Clean room, the staff on duty during the day were pleasant. Walking distance to main attractions, located in a quiet courtyard surrounded by nice eating places. "
"travelled with my family. but pls clean ur AC vent its dusty need to change the filter. i wish CS is accesable being with senior citizen hard to go to one place to another for check ins. I love all details of the house cleanliness and safetyness. "

"Wonderful stay, staff were so helpful and friendly. We stayed in the annexe which was lovely bright and airy with a small lounge and garden area. The annexe was only about 20 steps over a little bridge from the main hotel, had a secure pin coded door and was lovely and quiet. Our room had a lavazza coffee pod machine with a selection of coffees filled up daily along with a shaded terrace area which was very welcome in August. The whole hotel was spotless, i didnt see a speck of dust - amazing for a 3 star hotel compared to UK standards. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a variety to choose from including pastries, cold meats, cheese and a variety of breads with plenty of strong italian coffee to wash it down. Location was perfect, really central just a few minutes walk to St. Marks square and the grand canal for catching a vaporetto or a gondola.
All in all an excellent stay, would definitely recommend!"
"Friendly and efficient check-in. Location was good. Breakfast server was very nice and made the best cappuccinos ever! Room was spacious and clean. Location was great. Breakfast was good but limited. A few more items would be great. "
"This is something of a gem. A traditional Venetian hotel. Has an old school feel to it with excellent service. It is on a beautiful canal.
The immediate area around the hotel is fairly quiet but very close to the action if needed. The best of both worlds. "
"The personal was very kind and welcomming, the hotel is beautiful and well situated. The breakfast is good, but not the coffee. One day he was too light and taste nothing, the other this he was le goudron.
One thing is little bit weird, you need to give your key at the counter when you go out, to prevent you from being steel in you room in case someone steal your key on the street. Witch is not a bad idea, unless when you came back and nobody ask you id's to get your key back."
"The fact that we could travel around Venice by boat transportation very easily just like using public transportation metro or bus but on water the hotel is very nice with beautiful decor and pretty decent breakfast."
"I was not able to iron my clothes there, that’s a change I would suggest because it made difference on my daily basis. Just a small portable iron would have done wonders. Otherwise a Brilliant hotel and service given."
