"Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room is spacious although a bit quirky with shower within the room. Very clean and like the Bluetooth speakers and Marshall amp in the room. Option to decline housekeeping in exchange for a free drink. Well located within easy walk to main areas of town. Brilliant cafe/bakery across the road "

"The suite was lovely. On a corner with plenty of natural light. Balcony etc The food was excellent. The Guinness was great which is rare for a hotel. Pool was good. Overall the staff were good one or two little mishaps, for example a waitress failed to offer us dessert and when we asked, she told us the kitchen was closed. This was very poor form and really annoying after a long day's travelling and having had 3 small kids promised a treat.. On the other hand the following night, the waitress was super on the ball and we were very happy. There was an empty vodka bottle and cigarette butts on our balcony which were removed when I told reception. The staff were very nice overall. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience. It's a lovely hotel. The location is quite industrial but it's an ideal base with great food, drink and amenities. "

Staff was warm and welcoming, the room was incredibly quiet, and the location has everything you could need: it's literally steps from the LUAS tram service and there are 2 groceries (Dunnes and a Centra) right there. Made our trip to Dublin a breeze. In-room washing machine means you can pack fewer items. American guests, don't forget to bring a washcloth! "
