"We did not know what to expect from this hotel. We were looking for alow cost one night stay in Liverpool and found this on the site. The price and location suited us and so we booked and we are so happy with our choice. The staff are wonderful, really cheerful and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The addition of the 'kitchenette' was interesting and really useful. The bathroom was clean and the range of toiletries was excellent. The bed was comfortable and we had a brilliant night's sleep. We would recommend 'The Resident' to anyone visiting Liverpool."
