"The staff at this hotel were amazing and so kind! Especially Moses who worked at the bar, very professional and polite! The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel is under renovations at the moment, so there is scaffolding and the elevators do not work. But they were very good about letting me know ahead of time and offering to put us on the first floor if needed. We would definitely come here again! Thank you to all of the staff! You guys are top notch!"

"Absolutely amazing stay , so comfortable, Suzanna and Pamela are amazing hosts , couldn't do enough for us. From male the room gorgeous everyday to sorting taxis and giving the warmest welcome every morning at breakfast. My husband is always looking at facilities and cleanliness and said it was by far the best. Toiletries were a lovely touch and every comfort catered for. We will definitely be back "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Location was great in between Windermere and Bowness, easy walk to both. Lovely breakfast and charming room. Very quaint. About 15 rooms, they are not huge rooms and have a small bathroom. Only weird thing was the hotels direction on map led us to a completely different place so we arrived at the wrong accommodation at first. Would recommend Woodlands, we liked it a lot. "
