"When you have breakfast included and you have more than two guests in a room, they never mention just the first two are included and the rest are $50 each for breakfast. Not the front desk when you check in nor the staff that sits you down at the restaurant. They make money off not telling you that BIG detail. AND the buffet sucks. "

"We had a fantastic 4-day, 3-night stay at Hotel Edison in Times Square. The hotel has a great historic charm while still feeling very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The location truly can’t be beat—right in the heart of everything, making it incredibly easy to explore New York City. Whether walking to shows, restaurants, or major attractions, everything felt just steps away. The staff really made the experience stand out. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful, and a special thank you to Latoya at the front desk—she was especially welcoming, professional, and went out of her way to assist us. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great New York experience, and we would definitely stay here again."

"Great location, clean room, helpful front desk and luggage hold system, good housekeeping service. Noisy, but that has to be expected in the city. The bathrooms could use some improvements, the vent is linked to a motion sensor, and turns off when you draw the shower curtains, the handle for shower faucet is really hard to pull."

"The hotel was comfortable and respectfully clean and organized with great amenities in a fantastic location close to so many great things to see and experience. The only complaint I have is the heat was on high and there was little no circulation, even with the windows opened for the entire 3 nights we stayed. I asked to have this remedied many times and the staff was unobliging. It was nearly impossible to sleep with these conditions. I would never spend the money I spent to stay at this hotel again. "

"Everything was great but was not sure my itinerary showed when I get to the room my balance was around $178. When I got there I had 2 put $300 2 times on my cards. Hopefully that is not was owed. I paid $2100 ahead of time. But other than that everything was great "

"We had a wonderful stay. Traveled with husband and our 5 year old. Pull out couch was actually really comfortable. Appreciate that! We were able to easily order delicious food to the hotel at the end of long days of travel or exploring. 1 2 or 3 subway lines are very closeby for easy transit anywhere in the city. Staff were kind and characters and we loved them. Hotel is in Great condition. Will definitely look for deals to stay here again!"
