Bath is irresistibly romantic and you’ll be enchanted by this vibrant, botanic inspired 2nd floor apartment for 4 with two double bedrooms. Overlooking an elegant garden square between the world famous Royal Crescent and The King’s Circus, you can live alongside architectural gems, enjoy great local amenities, designer shops, galleries and restaurants and be minutes’ walk from the City centre. Bath Spa train station is a 15 minute walk.

The smart entrance lobby leads to a delightful and well equipped living and dining room, with two large sash windows overlooking a lovely city garden surrounded by Georgian terraces. There are two inviting sofas to seat 4, a couple of footstools and an occasional chair. A wall mounted TV has a DVD with a selection of films, novels and games in a cabinet. There is a phone for local calls only, Wi-Fi and portable Bluetooth radio. A generous dining table comfortably seats 4, and a sideboard with glamorous mirror and lamps is stacked with crockery, with painterly place mats to hand on the wall. There is also a small desk and reading lamp.

The compact contemporary kitchen has a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a small dishwasher and a large fridge with separate freezer. The cupboards are generously stacked with pretty crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment.

The spacious principal double bedroom is layered with soft colours and textures, an occasional chair and pretty chandelier. A large, well upholstered 6’ bed can zip and link to become two 3’ single beds. There is plenty of storage in a large wardrobe with drawers under, and a wide chest of drawers. A large south-facing sash window captures the light and gives a glimpse of neighbouring Georgian terraces.

The pretty second bedroom is similar and has two 3’ single beds that zip and link to become a 6’ double. There is a large wardrobe, and a tall chest of drawers for storage.

The charming bathroom has a small double ended, free-standing Bath beneath the window. There is a corner shower, a hand-basin with storage under and a cabinet over and a WC.

Excellent Property

We are seasoned Bath tourists, typically visit at least twice a year, this porperty was in an ideal situation for us, excellent cafe's and restaurants within easy reach, but quiet of an evening, except for the upstairs neighbours who were a little on the noisy side. The property was nicely decorated, warm and homely with everything we needed, plenty of hot water and a couple of pints of milk on arrival, which beats a bottle of booze for me anyday! The beds were extremely comfortable, my only gripe would be that the pillows were too bulky, but thats definitely a personal preference. Overall we really enjoyed the flat and would definiately book again.

Disappointing

The location of the property is great, so many things in Bath are in easy walking distance. The property itself is also lovely, the rooms are just like in the photos and the tea/biscuits/milk left for arrival is a nice touch. However, there were a number of problems that we encountered…we were sent arrival info/codes/photos of where to go for the wrong house, when I queried it on arrival, I was then given the wrong info repeatedly for the key safe (and as the house had 4 key safes attached the wrong key safes too). This was all very stressful with two young children and my elderly mother in the car. Furthermore I had asked for a slightly earlier check-in, yet all my phone calls and emails and being told I would be contacted about it were ignored. Also we were at the property I wanted to run a bath for my children in the beautiful roll top bath, however when I turned the taps no water came out at all! Then when I put the dishwasher on, it started but then stopped as it couldn’t draw water. In hindsight I imagine the property team must have turned a water valve off to some elements of the property (as the toilets flushed, other taps ran and the shower worked). Despite me contacting the property company my email was again ignored. So all in all a disappointing stay that could have been so much nicer if the communication from the property company had been of a better standard.

Perfect for girls trip

A total of three ladies rented this for a week during the Jane Austen festival in Bath. It was clean, cute, exactly as described. Living area was comfortable and view was gorgeous. The location was absolutely perfect, sitting between the Royal Crescent and The Circus. Easy walking to city center and all of the sights and restaurants. It was perfect for our needs and uses. Check in was easy and we didn’t have any problems during our stay.

Great Communication!

We didn't actually get to stay in this rental due to a member of our family getting Covid-19 right before we were to arrive. But I wanted to let others know the communication from this host is outstanding. They were very sympathetic to our situation, but even before that, they were sending lots of information so we could make the most of our time in Bath. I hope we'll be to Bath next year and will definitely try to stay with this host.

Great spot for the family

My husband and I brought out two boys to Bath for four nights. This apartment was perfect for us. Sometimes pictures make places look bigger than they are, but these photos accurately show the apartment. I thought it was the perfect size. One note: It was very cold outside and the thermostat was set at 16. I set it to get warmer, but it took about a day to go up one degree. Then I had the idea to keep all of the doors closed, which helped it get a little warmer. But that was the only downside. We had a great visit!

Family break in Bath

Just returned from a lovely 3 night break in this beautiful flat. Easy to walk into the centre of the city with our 2 children aged 10 and 12. The flat was beautiful, had absolutely everything we could need. Really comfortable beds and very clean. Could not recommend it more highly for a short break. Laine helped us on arrival with directions and key instructions etc. Went to Yak Yeti Yak for a lovely Nepalese meal, also would recommend Ole tapas for an authentic experience, but it's very small and you sit on high stools. The kids loved it. Walking along the canal is fascinating with all the boats. Would definitely come back to Bath and this flat in particular.

Fantastic flat in Bath!

We absolutely loved our stay in Bath! This flat is in a great location, easy walking to everything, including a stop for the hop-on, hop-off bus tour (and you can purchase tickets on the bus with cash). Very quiet neighbourhood at night, comfy beds and pillows, full twin size beds that can be combined for full King sized beds (Canadian size). The kitchen has everything you need, little co-op grocery near by. Would absolutely come again, Bath was so walkable with great restaurants and a lovely place for our first stop in the UK.

Wonderful, cozy flat in excellent location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property on Catherine place in Bath. The apartment was very clean and attractively furnished, so it was very easy settle in and enjoy our time there. The beds were high quality, which is not always the case with rentals. Checking in and out was easy with good communication from the staff. Not an enormous space, but as advertised, and seemed to live larger than the square footage. Highly recommended. The location was also excellent, an easy walk to downtown Bath and very close to the Royal Crescent.

Perfect Mother/Daughter Vacation Home

My mom and I could not have been happier in this lovely quiet home. Laine cheerfully greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. She was warm, funny, and full of helpful tips (especially the one where she advised us to take a taxi from the train station upon arriving!). We were exhausted after a day of travel, so we were so thankful for the gift basket of treats! We found everything to be very clean and comfortable. The beds and couches were dreamy after a long day of sight seeing! The information book was very helpful with great restaurant recommendations. We had a lovely dinner at Yak Yeti Yak, thanks to The book. We also enjoyed Temptations and Sally Lunn’s twice! If we ever come to Bath again, and I sure hope we do, we would most definitely stay here again.

If only our weather in bath was as perfect as our place to stay! Everything we needed in a compact, well appointed Flat! Plenty of communication and our arrival was well assisted! The bathtub there was somehow one of my favorites ironically! Would definitely make a recommendation for your stay in bath!

A Charming Oasis

The property is a charming oasis in a wonderful city. Great location, tucked away from the commotion of Bath’s center. In walking distance to some great eateries, cafes, museums and shopping district. My husband, daughter and I rented the flat for 5 nights. We took day trips to the Cotswolds and Oxford. I highly recommend renting this flat.

Sara from Bath holiday rentals was great, very efficient and there to greet us even though we arrived 30 minutes earlier than we had first estimated. Perfect Bath apartment

We had an amazing stay. Alexa and her crew took great care of us. Traveling abroad can be hard with kids. Apartment was in a perfect location and so cute and comfortable.
