Loved our stay at Dream Stays Beau Street! Our apartment was adorable, and worked well for our group of 5 (3 adults, 2 teens). Takes one minute to walk to the Roman Baths. Plenty of food and drink options at your doorstep. Would stay here again!

Perfect place to stay
It's a perfect place to stay if you visit Bath. We had a first floor apartment and had a decent view over the city. The flat was super clean, the double bed was comfortable and linens were a good quality. The temperature is adjustable as it was hot when we arrived. The windows are old and does not block the noise out but we had a great sleep as the city does not wake up early.

The location was perfect - a few minutes walk from the Roman baths, the spa, Bath Abbey. The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable.

A very well appointed and charming apartment right by Thermae Bath Spa, in the middle of everything. Comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and everything we needed. We’d love to return.

Absolutely adored our room / apartment here. Came with two friends (was originally going to be 4 of us but one couldn't make it) and booked the apartment with one double-bed bedroom and two single-beds bedroom (apt 1). Just the cutest place with everything we needed; such a cozy, homey feel. Great location in the center of Bath yet located on a side street for a bit of quiet. Once inside you're completely removed from the bussle outside (except for the seagulls haha - they don't care about quiet hours ;). We arrived to Bath in the morning and took our bags to their partner hotel (Harington's Hotel) as there is no on-site desk here. It was easy to pop over to Harington's and they were friendly and accommodating. Received our text that our room was ready with entry code before the quoted 3pm check-in. Grabbed our bags from Harington's and headed over. Process was very smooth and easy! My only regret about this hotel is that we were only there one night - enough time to see Bath but would have loved to stay longer just to enjoy this lovely room! Will absolutely return again.

Comfortable and quirky
Excellent central location. Lovely apartment, comfortable and very convenient with the on-street parking permit ready to collect on arrival. Good shower, well designed sitting room and bedrooms, colourful quirky decor and features.

Great place. Close to all of Bath centre
Great location although parking was painful on Sunday. Apartment 1 was great and spacious. All amenities catered for. Could do with a few more pillows on the bed. The place is clean and tidy but the walls are showing to be tired and could do with a touch up of paint. Small grumble regards the noise from cafe Nero situated out the back the noise was annoying first thing Sunday Morning.

The location is amazing, right in the city centre and only a stone throw away from the historic Roman Bath and the Thermal Spa. The downside is, it was noisy at night too. Also the cleanliness of the floor should be improved.

Fantastic spot in the heart of Bath
This is an amazing choice for a trip to Bath. The location could not be better. Minutes from the station and all amenities. The Cafe at Fly gym around the corner is the perfect breakfast option and the apartment is both spacious and stylish. I couldn’t fault it in terms of supplies, condition and ease of checking/arrival. Very friendly And attentive staff on phone To attend to any queries.

Lovely comfortable appt right in the heart of Bath
The flat is really lovely, well presented and comfortable. Communication was good. Only draw back was the noisy seagulls which, it turns out, do not sleep! That can’t be helped by the property and will be the same everywhere in central Bath, but it’s something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. Perhaps complimentary earplugs might be a nice touch - we’ve had them before in a seaside guesthouse! Only other thing is bedside lamps would be great. The overhead lights are too bright if just one of you wants to read before bed. Meant as constructive feedback - we had a lovely stay and I really do think Dream Stays is a little gem in central Bath!

Dreamy stay at Dream Stays!
Beautiful flat - the attention to detail is great, from the scatter cushions to the hot water bottle! The communication was great and an earlier check-in was sorted for me. I highly recommend!

Loved the old fire places,slanting wooden floors,wonderful light fittings and all the furniture.Very cosy touches with door stops and magazines and pictures.Loved the seating in the kitchen for drinking a glass of wine and people watching whike by family slept. Great location,Didnt need to use the car.

Beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Bath with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms very spacious. A bit of a climb to the top floor for our old knees, but we were in need of the excercise. We were in Bath for the Christmas market which was virtually outside the door. Customer service was excellent and the check in easy and straightforward. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment and will stay there again should we return to the city.

Easy access to everything Bath.
We were staying for one night. We had toured the Cotswolds and were looking for somewhere to stay so we could tour Bath the next morning. Perfect location near the Abby and the Baths. Lots of food around within walking distance. I was able to park on the street right in front of the apartment

The apartment itself is fine though needs a bit of maintenance however I found the customer service rather disappointing. There was no hot water and I called the office to get their advice as to how to rectify the problem, after assurances they would call me back within a few minutes, i waited a further half hour, we all had cold showers then I called them again. Apparently they later sent someone round who said the boiler had accidentally been turned off but by then it was too late. They also charged me three times. Useful hint, do not book if you have lots of heavy suitcases

We stayed just for 1 night after enjoying the Thermae spa which is less than a minute walk from the apartment. The High Street is also just downstairs. The place was very comfortable and clean, and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend!
