Rather Dissapointed

Was rather surprised at the size of the room we got for the money we paid!! Do not think it was worth that money, and on top of that I was put on the very top floor, was so exhausting, a woman of my age to carry my luggage up there. The shower attached to the wall was loose, also as it rained, we could not dry the towels on the bath radiator as no heating, had to email for a heater to be brought to the room as it was so cold. The bed of metal springs, and the lumpy mattress was very uncomfortable! The little coffee, tea and milk in the room was not enough, went out and bought my own. Why can they not put a little bar fridge and a microwave in there!!! It's ok for those student travellers, but unfortunately not for us!!!and not for the time we stayed there. Many thanks

Easy check in, very clean basic accommodation

Overall stay was good, only let down by lack of servicing room when service sign was displayed (emptying bin etc). Very clean great location efficient check in service.
