Central 4 Bed Home With Parking

Summary:
This is a newly renovated, spacious two storey home with four double en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room, lovely lounge area and fantastic outside space with the capability of accommodating up to 5 cars. There's an abundance of amenities nearby with Asda and the Beehive centre being just a 10 minute walk (2 minute drive) and a 20 minute stroll (6 minute drive/taxi) will take you into the city centre to enjoy everything our beautiful city has to offer!

The Space:
The ground floor encompasses a hallway, Kitchen/Dining area and lounge (with it's own bathroom) and one en-suite bedroom. The lounge also has a sofa-bed. Upstairs there are three more en-suite double bedrooms. Many of the rooms including the living area have a dedicated workspace making it the perfect space to say for working holidays or corporate trips!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and garden.

The property is situated in a popular area, close to the river and amenities are plentiful.
