This 2 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom is located in a gated private neighborhood with a beautiful natural park. The downstairs features one large room with dining, kitchen and TV area. The house is located in a walled-in private property that is shared with another house (the main house). The lawn, grill and pool areas is shared, but the porch is exclusive for the guest house guests. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it is near a transit hub and lost of excellent shopping.

Guests will be able to access the guest house, lawn and pool.

The house is perfect for remote-work as there desks in both the bedrooms and 300 mb internet speed.
