You will also have the tranquility and security of a gated community, but very close to the center, the ferry to cross to Isla Mujeres, the beach, shopping centers, the bus station to go to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Puerto Morelos, etc. .
The buses that go to all parts of Cancun pass very close leaving the subdivision.

It is a two-story house, with a garage, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms with a King size bed each, a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs, with a fully equipped kitchen.
The house is within a subdivision therefore it is very safe
Guest access
To the entire house and subdivision, which has gardens and games for children and spaces for walking pets
Other things to note
If your stay is for more than a week and you want cleaning and linen change, you will pay an extra 30 usd
