"My gf and I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid Cancun. Starting from the food to the service, the entire resort experience was fantastic. The property is modern, spotless, and has the perfect adults-only atmosphere for relaxing. The rooftop views at sunset are incredible and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The real jewel of this resort are the staff and the quality of the food. They are genuinely warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome every day. Their service truly made the whole experience unforgettable. I’d definitely come back."

"Honestly you get what you pay for but there were some things that were annoying AC in the room was too loud requested for repairs and the problem persisted so we just slept without the air on at night. Limited food options after 11p"

"Sunscape Cancun All-inclusive was AMAZING! The customer service was spectacular. This was our 3rd time in Cancun. The food was fabulous. We got to know many of the servers by name. The entire staff made us feel so special! The entertainment at the hotel is so good. We went to a Mexican show one night. A magic show one night, and a light show on our last night. Oh, another thing i loved is the snacks. Other All-inclusive are just breakfast/lunch/dinner. Sunscape has a 24 hr coffee shop, a ice cream/ fruit / candy shop that are ALL-INCLUSIVE. That is a big deal. When we were up early for an excursion and the buffet wasnt open, we could eat at the 24 hour coffee shop that had coffee, milk, bagels, cinnamon rolls, toast. That is a big deal to me. To be able to get an ice cream sundae, or ice cream cone after a day in the sun was so refreshing. The beach was spectacular. I did request a "ocean view" room on expedia, and i did not get that. I am sure if i would have made a fuss, that i would have gotten it, but did not say anything about that because we were SO PLEASED with everything else. Also, the location of this hotel is good. We were able to walk to La Isla shopping Mall. I highley recommend this property. It is a GREAT Price, for a GREAT stay."

"We had a view of the next door resort to our front. To the left, the ocean, to the right, golf course and lagoon! It wasn’t too bad! Food was mostly decent. Comfy beds & pillows. Did not like the fact the you only get so many nights for dinner reservations based on the length of your stay…. And I absolutely hate the towel/towel card program. But all in all it was a decent stay. "

"Everything very clean. Room view of ocean was great. Elite pool was nice and quiet. Staff very friendly. Restaurants were overall very good. We ate at the Asian, Krystal and Don Julios, as well as Elite.. Mostly disappointed in the Elite Restaurant. Food didn't have a lot of flavor. Also we didn't like that the people from the spa were often out asking if we wanted massage."

"Enjoyed the pools but they were only open until 6:00 pm. It would have been more enjoyable if they had an outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub. The staff were hard workers and the resort entertainment was enjoyable. The ocean beach view was fantastic from the top floor although I did notice a musty odour on the 13th floor. The rooms were newly decorated and clean since the resort opened in Dec 2025. Unfortunately, we were warned about the Noro virus/Norwalk/food poisoning from a few people who were staying there and leaving the resort. Day 6 of 9 I came down with food poisoning and was sick in bed for 2 days and then my hubby got it so we missed enjoying about 3 days total of our vacation including the day we checked out. I mentioned it a few times to the front desk staff but they did not seem alarmed and didn’t respond in the way that one should take action to take such an illness seriously. We couldn’t eat and had to ask staff at the buffet to find crackers. It ruined the remainder of our trip as we could not leave the bathroom while we were violently ill at both ends! "

"Overall we had a very fun stay at Temptations Resort. The biggest highlight was the daily pool parties and games. Many of the staff and performers were excellent, hardworking, and clearly take pride in creating a lively atmosphere. The resort itself was generally clean and well maintained, the entertainment was energetic, with wild parties and the performances were a lot of fun. Unfortunately our trip ended on a very disappointing note. Our airport transfer was scheduled for 4:30 pm. When we checked in and again when we checked out, we were told we could remain at the resort and enjoy the facilities until our ride arrived. However, at exactly 3 pm we were abruptly told to leave the pool and the common areas. We were literally pulled out of the pool and directed to the lobby. Because we had been told we could stay until 4:30, we were not prepared for that. We had chlorine on us, had not showered, and had to awkwardly use the lobby bathrooms to get organized while waiting for our ride. It was an embarrassing and frustrating way to end what had otherwise been a great trip. The confusing and inconsistent communication between staff created an unnecessary situation. Temptations is a fun place with great energy, but experiences like this leave the impression that once your stay is technically over, the hospitality quickly disappears. We'd probably go back but probably for a much shorter period of time and we'd be more careful with important details that staff describe."

"We stayed at Sunrise and The Grand. Things I wished I knew before going. There are multiple restaurants and activities (I.e. bowling) but you need to book reservations on their app. However , everything is always fully booked. Even when you first check in. What good are 15 restaurants and a bowling alley if you can’t access them. When we did get into restaurants with the help of a manager they were 3/4 empty. Very frustrating. The staff will aggressively sell you on the vacation club. This also means calling your room at 8 am multiple times to schedule sales pitches. The beach is covered in seaweed and the water is brown. (Not their fault but be aware if you are expecting a beach vacation) the pools and water parks at both facilities were great. "
