A beautiful home in the very desirable SW Cape Coral area. Large open floor plan with a kitchen, dining room, and living room, and a separate den with glass French doors upon entry.

A glass dining room table seats 4 with room to spare while 4 barstools conveniently provide seating around the versatile Corian countertops. A flat screen TV provides entertainment for guests seated comfortably on the oversized L shaped couch that could easily sleep two children.

A designated desk workspace is nestled along the hallway leading to the 2 spare bedrooms and beautiful, updated guest bathroom with a spacious shower.

The Master Suite is an expansive haven - with a large walk-in-closet and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has his and hers sinks and a large shower with shower tower and a lovely bathtub. The black and red accents feel romantic and comforting as you have a Kingsized bed and a convertible full sized floor mattress/bean bag.

Off the living room are triple glass sliding doors out to the pool area. The pool sparkles day and night thanks to custom evening lighting. A covered outdoor seating area rounds out the space, with a propane fire-pit table and mounted flat screen TV for outdoor/pool movie nights.

Large flat screen TV also in the living room and WiFi is offered.
