My family and I absolutely loved this beautiful home! We had so much fun enjoying the pool and jacuzzi, and the tiki bar and grill were perfect for cooking and spending quality time together. A Perfect Weekend Getaway

Our stay this weekend was absolutely wonderful! The home was exactly as pictured in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We were a family group of both adults and kids, and everyone had ample space and plenty to do.The location was perfect, close to shopping and great restaurants, and it was a huge bonus that we could bring our boat! Our host Sophie was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable.We made memories that will last a lifetime and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommend this property!

This property is fantastic. The house is very spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything that you need to make meals. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces are awesome. The cabana with grill and sink are very useful. The owner is very responsive and wonderful to work with. Location is easy to get to restaurants and shops. Grocery stores are within 1/2 mile of the home. Fort Meyer beaches are within 20-25 minutes. We had a great time at this home.

Better than expected!!!

We stay in several places every year. Because of my research, almost all of them are excellent. This place was FANTASTIC!!! Several times I found myself walking through it and patting myself on the back for picking such an awesome place. The outside pool area and tiki bar were so much fun. And the interior is so spacious. If you've got this far by seeing the pictures, and it's in the area that you are looking for...reserve it. You will not be disappointed.

Stunning!!!

This home is stunning!! We felt right at home! The kitchen is beautiful and had all the items we needed including plastic cups. We had a nice friendship dinner at the dinning table it was wonderful! All beds were comfortable! The tiki bar with outdoor tv that included grill, refrigerator and sink is just amazing! We enjoyed the water view and all the special things the home had to offer. Soft towels, wine refrigerator, the decor, lighting, refreshing pool and so much more. Thank you so much!

Beautiful home inside and out! This was a “Staycation” for my family and I and it was one of the BEST! The house is spacious for all 7 of us,The kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The beds were extremely comfortable! The outside area is where we spent our 3 days. The tiki bar what an awesome touch! The grill was spotless and clean ready to use! The only thing was the pool was a bit too much chlorinated and caused skin irritation and discoloration with our swimsuits but that was not the fault of the host at all. I did reach out to the host letting her know and she apologized and made her pool cleaner aware. If you are looking for a beautiful home to sit back and relax this is IT!

Beatiful home with amenities

House is beautifuly decorated and clean, inside and out with all the amenities. Notably, pool area has firepit,jacuzzi and grill. Master bedroom has bathroom the size the bedroom with double amenities, including a jetted bathtub and separate shower area. Kitchen is well stocked and has both stainless steel and non-stick pans. Supplies are plenty for things like bath tissues, paper towels, dish washing detergent. Compared to other rentals, gas grill usage and heated outdoor Jacuzzi is included in the price, also did not tidy up for things like used towels, or take the trash out. There are large trash bins for any overflow. Garage area is clean and has 2 bicycles for use.Sophie is very responsive to any issues that arise. I would not think twice to rent again.
