It boasts direct access to the Gulf with deep canals and no bridges or locks which allow for yachts and sailboats to navigate quickly and easily to open water. Unit 64 is also located in the heart of many of the areas "Hot Spots" like the beaches of Sanibel Island, Tarpon Point Marina, the Yacht Club, also excellent dining, night life and shopping. Once you experience Florida's west coast, you'll be hooked for life, and if you've already been here, you know what we mean.
If you don't have one to bring with you, rent a boat for your stay and keep it at the dock of the backyard canal. Explore scenic coves, islands and Keys throughout the area plus enjoy the thrill of world class fishing for tarpon, snook, and many, many more species. Don't want the responsibility of a boat? The Cape has hundreds of professional guides that will tailor outings just for you. For animal lovers, you won't find a better location to view such a diverse abundance of marine life and birds. Manatees, dolphins and sea turtles are year round residents in our waters. Bald eagles, ospreys and huge numbers of migratory birds are seen frequently from just about any location.
The house features numerous amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 3 extra comfortable king size beds plus a room dedicated to kids with bunk beds. There are 3 1/2 bathrooms throughout and a luxurious main bedroom suite with a huge bathroom featuring a lux soaking tub, separate shower, private commode & dual sink vanity. The master bedroom also has a private second floor balcony overlooking the scenic waterway (there's no better place to enjoy your morning coffee!). At the heart of this great home is a huge kitchen with a sprawling island open to all the main level living areas so you'll be in the midst of activities during meal prep. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with most everything you'll need to prepare any number of memorable meals. There's also a BBQ grill on the lanai when you're ready for that perfect steak, or just throw some burgers and dogs on for a great picnic on the sail covered patio by the dock.
All necessities are provided for your stay: cable, wifi, washer/dryer, small office nook with a desk and printer, towels, sheets, paper towels, soaps, shampoos, cleaning supplies, cooler for the beach, etc.

As much as we love to make this house as welcoming and enjoyable for you, we also equally love having built amazing relationships with our neighbors around us. This is a quiet and respectful community and most of the neighbors are year round residents. While we want you to have fun, we're mindful to point out that loud music and wild parties is not what this experience is about (that's more of a South Beach thing).
