Don't forget to bring the provided beach gear, which includes an umbrella, toys for the kids, beach chairs, a cooler with wheels, and a beach wagon with large wheels for the sand. Yacht Club Public Beach, a riverfront-accessible beach with a fishing pier, playground, and picnic shelters, is less than seven miles south. Enjoy access to local marinas for all your boating, fishing, and sightseeing needs. You'll also be close to great shopping at several local outlets, malls, and unique gift shops. And just 25 miles away, pay a visit to Sanibel Island where you'll find long stretches of sandy beach, the Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum, and the J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge for hiking and wildlife viewing. Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
