"Very spacious and comfortable room, the bed was huge! Lovely and cosy. This is a very traditional grand hotel in the centre of Chester and was beautifully decked out for Christmas, the level of service was top notch, though we were only there for one night we were very well looked after. The carpark with direct access to the hotel was a bonus as was the complimentary continental breakfast, which was delicious and very generous. "
"Room was beautiful and spotless(room 3 four poster suite). Staff were superb, the pub is so cozy and welcoming! We will definitely be returning next time we visit Chester. We normally stay at the Grosvenor and I can honestly say that the Pied Bull is 10 times better. Loved it! Thanks"
"Bathroom door needs replaced.. staff exceptional. Could not do enough for us,
Amenities were acceptable, but room needs up graded. Overall enjoyed our stay. Breakfast very good. "
"Good sized rooms, beds were so comforable. Very impressed there was an iron and ironing board!
Staff were all really friendly and approachable.
Breakfast was good!
One thing that I might add is a shower cap in the bathrooms as the shower is a rainfall shower. I struggled to get into the shower, turn it on and not get my hair wet! "
