"Easy check-in. We arrived an hour early as I thought check-in was 2pm not 3pm but our room wasn’t ready but we were able to store our luggage with reception whilst we went to eat lunch. "We loved our stay at this hotel! Location was perfect for us, the overall nautical theming was great, the hotel was clean, staff were helpful and hotel had a good atmosphere. Our room was spacious, very clean, came with a fridge, hairdryer and toiletries, and the beds were super comfortable. Our only complaints about the room was that the tannoy at Liverpool Lime Street station was pretty loud and we could still hear it even with the window closed, our toilet didn't flush properly and there...

"The girl on reception when we arrived was friendly and very helpful. She pointed out the hotels Hillsborough memorial on the wall which is very moving.Our room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to the City centre shops and there are many great pubs and restaurants close by. Breakfast was excellent. "
