The hotel is very stylish and clean. The room was well designed and comfortable. Quiet and good sleeping. Service was super good, especially from those in the reception area.

The staff are tremendously helpful and they literally try their best to provide a warm service to their guests. The location is close to the airport with walking distance to the main tourist attractions. Hotel facilities are modern and room decorations are simple but elegant. Moreover, the hotel also offer shuttle service to the airport and for the city tour. It would be a wonderful place to stay in Porto.

An amazing hotel just by the bridge and overlooking the river. Easy access to the old town and public transport. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Breakfast is as outstanding

Relatively last minute booking. Had a lovely stay. The location is excellent and hotel very nicely decorated. However it’s the staff that made the stay special, from the first phone call to checkout.

Range of food bars pools all staffed with friendly professional people -we ate at Whale Mizu Adega Arte Nautica Terrace bar garden bar Pnly issue is lack of grab bars in rooms with no separate shower -incomfortable and dangerous Excellent gardens very well kept and immaculate servicing of rooms

This was a great hotel. Super affordable and had all the best and luxurious amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and kind and they even upgraded my room! The only minor issue for me personally was that the room service food wasn't that great but the breakfast was amazing!

This is a modern hotel with an interesting selection of artefacts and antiques scattered around the spacious cool marble spaces. Its very clean and well maintained. Breakfast from 8am to 11am is perfect timing for me as I like to take things slowly in the morning. Lots of choice at breakfast, all the standards - fruit, cereals , eggs cooked to order. Amazing hotel. Beds very comfortable. Nice linen on the bed. Nice big bathroom. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast amazing. Very central to get around and see the sights. Definitely recommending it to friends.
