"We enjoyed the convenience we experienced in Lotte City Hotel; the convenience store, Angelinus coffee shop, close to subway stations and various restaurants. The staff were all nice and helpful. The only downside we experienced was the long wait for elevators, and also insufficient supply of necessities for 2 people."

"I had an easy two-night stay at the Solaria. I liked the location as it was close to two metro stations and only a short walk to a major street to catch a taxi. Staff were extremely nice, responsive, and helpful. I was on the 7th floor and heard absolutely no noise from the busy streets below. My room was clean, and I appreciated all amenities. "The staff here at the Hamilton is fantastic. They arranged taxis for us and, even tho’ we had already checked out, they allowed us to keep our suitcases there for two days while we traveled to Busan.The location is excellent. The Itaewon subway station is right in front of the hotel. The only negative about this hotel is the loud club music right next door. It lasted all night and my wife had trouble sleeping. If you are young and like to stay out late, this is a perfect spot."

"Upgraded rooms were noisy, for the swimming pool area has music on all day include the night performance. It would be good for family with children, but not for me. I needed a rest and nap at the hotel for few days. So they gave me a room tour and that made me more tired, for the hotel was huge. I told them that i need a quite room up front yet i had to go around 3 rooms. Well, the interior was pretty much antic. "
