Really enjoyed Orlando and the Hyatt really exceeded my expectations. Really recommend this hotel to everyone wanting to visit Orlando. Also less than 10 min. drive all of the Universal Studios Theme parks.Thank you Hyatt staff and will be returning soon."

"Check in took time and not much explained finally found room and key didnt work . Room was immaculate with everything you could possibly need . Fully equipped kitchen . Target opposite and great restaurants along main road abd shopping options ..loved the pools a littke crowded at times . Felt rushed at check out ..cleaner banging on door at 9am saying we need to leave so she could clean and sat outside door. Thought we had until 10am . We paid for breakfast for 2 this was not added either had to resolve at front desk . "
