"Great hotel."

"Did not like the check in process. It was busy and could not find a spot to park and register. The person at door told us to take a left out to parking. We turned and got into an area with other cars doing same and there were construction vehicles etc. We finally got out of that area and found a parking garage.Took us over a half an hour to find check in area. Once checked in I could not find where I parked the car. Also $26 a night to park was not something I expect once paying for hotel and $175 each to enter Universal "

"We stayed here for a tournament. The location was great, amenities were great for adults and kids, I would say two things to be mindful of are market is very pricey and not a lot of gluten free options. "

"My family and I loved the water park, and the pool at our hotel to relax, we also love our room great view we got to see two crocodiles out of our balcony."
