"The room was nice and large! It was clean & met my expectations. The front desk staff were nice and friendly. The only complaint was the long wait to check in at 3pm. There were only 2 employees checking in the long line of guests. Then someone in the VIP line that would take priority and the attention of 1 of them. "

"It was stated as being a level up, but it really isn’t, and nobody there looked out for guests or seemed to even like their job. Not a bad hotel, just not anything special. And the pool was closed - I wish it were mandatory that a hotel couldn’t advertise a pool if it’s under maintenance "

"The property is nice and well kept, but the layout is interesting. None of the buildings with rooms are connected to the casino/main building, so you have to walk outside to get there, and the walkways are not shaded. Not ideal if you plan to go to Vegas in the summer. The AC in my room didn’t work. It was very hot when I first walked in and put it down to as low as it could go (60) with the fan on high the whole time I was there. The first night, the AC unit leaked water and soaked half the carpet around the couch and desk. The room never got cooler the whole day and I had to open the windows at night. 2-3 outlets didn’t work, including the one in the bathroom and the one at the sink for the coffee machine. The sink and shower drain didn’t drain well making the walk in shower essentially another bath tub. The vent in the bathroom made a really loud screeching noise when it was on, which was on the same switch as the light, so I had to leave the light off. Got what I felt was a pretty good deal for Vegas through Expedia, but can’t really say that it was an enjoyable stay with all the issues with the room. Complained to the front desk and they just wrote it down in their notes and didn’t do much about it."
