"Everything at the hotel was fabulous, the only issue we had was the morning we were checking out. We were due to check out at noon yet the housekeeper kept knocking on our door trying to get the room done. I don’t find this acceptable when we are entitled to stay in the room until noon. This was reported to staff member on reception who was fabulous. "

"The room was clean and tidy with everything we could want, the heating/Aircon was a bit noisy with a little one, but that was a minor thing. The shower wasn't the strongest but again, not a deal breaker, breakfast was great with lots of choice, attentive staff and plenty of space if you go early, we did notice that around 9am when we left there was a queue to get into the restaurant. Overall a great stay and we will likely be back next time we're in Edinburgh "

"Yes breakfast was fresh and parking was easy x The room was huge and very nice but a few noticable stains on the beautiful carpet and on the settee which i would have thought easy to remove. We thoughly enjoyed our stay x Staff were very friendly and helpful xxx"
