About this space
This bright and inviting ground floor condo has 2BR, 1.5BA. Decorated with the traveler in mind, including a desk and comfortable furnishings. The unit is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Fast Wifi and free parking. This new condo is located poolside with a privacy fence and outdoor kitchen. A 5min walk to the beach.

Barefoot Luxury is a small condominium community. You will have full access to all community amenities, including pool, restaurant, cantina, parking, shaded lounge areas, and rinse station.

Located in southern Baja on the Pacific side, situated between La Paz and San Jose del Cabo, Cerritos Beach is the perfect surf/beach getaway in any season. Quaint dirt roads lead to this beautiful property in a tranquil setting. Each condo has spacious indoor/outdoor living areas to enjoy, and is only steps away from the safest swimming and surfing beach in the area.

From incredible sunrises over the mountains to spectacular sunsets into the Pacific, this is truly PARADISE! The Cerritos beach area is laid back and moves at a slower pace. You can sip drinks, eat fish tacos and watch the sun disappear into the Pacific. You are steps away from finding that perfect wave or that perfect shell, and watching the birds and whales. Cerritos Beach is the perfect surf/beach getaway in any season.

There so much to do and see. We offer various excisions and activities to further enjoy this beautiful area.

Take part in the Barefoot lifestyle, adventurous and relaxed – all with a touch of that Baja feeling!

Guests have access to 2 pools (Cerritos Sunrise Phase 1 and Phase 2).

Note: Car is recommended for the area. We are also available to arrange private transportation.

Property was great, apartment not so much.

Our family recently visited Cerritos and stayed at this nice property with a beautiful pool, close proximity to the beach and amazing restaurant Casa Maya. The property manager was kind enough to let us check in early and provided information on our dining options. The actual unit that we stayed in was not as expected. It was not very comfortable and felt quite sterile. It barely had the basics and was poorly decorated. The sofa only fit 3 people comfortably and there was no other place to sit. There were hardly any amenties and it felt like you were just crashing at a Motel 6 or something. Two of the kitchen cabinets and barstool was broken on our arrival and the place just did not feel welcoming. The owner of the unit should really invest a little more in the place. If we return, I will make a special request to not be assigned that unit.

Great Family Holiday

Great place and location. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The unit is brand new, spacious and is a short walk to Cerritos beach. The only reason for a 4 rather than a 5 was because there was construction noise and activity for the majority of time during our stay and it would have been helpful to have a heads up about this before we learned about when we arrived. Also, the unit would benefit with some more supplies like more plates, BBQ utensils, more towels, etc. (but these are easily remedied). Overall, we would return and rent from this condo again.
