Located just half a block from the beach, this beautiful apartment has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. Newly renovated and newly furnished with a comfortable and modern feel. Quick access to the beach, a designated parking space, and a sparkling pool make this space a true tropical retreat.

This newly renovated apartment comes with all-new furnishings, bedding, and linens!

One vehicle per unit for designated parking space. Any additional vehicles must park on the street and pay. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at your expense.

No Daily Cleaning Service

Pack-n-play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier.
Bedding, towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Beach chairs and towels are available for you to use on the beach.

A washer and Dryer are available. The laundry room is located at the back of the building through the back corridor to the right. (Coin operated)

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the units. Any evidence of smoking (smell, ash, damage) will result in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit and potential additional fines

To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

Great location! It was really close to the beach. The place was well stocked with towels, coffee pot, and all of the stuff we needed to make a few meals. The pool was nice as well. We would stay there again.

Location is perfect. Our condo was very private. This was our third year in a row to stay in this condo and we will go back again. It’s only a two minute walk to the beach.

Great location

This property suited our needs for a collegiate beach volleyball tournament for our daughter. The location is great- easy walk down to Pompano Pier, and quick drive for dining/groceries/shopping. The beach is right across the street. Beds are comfortable, pool area is nice for relaxing, parking is included and designated, so no worries about where to park. There is also a lovely, private covered patio to enjoy morning coffee. If you’re not used to city noise, you may want to bring earplugs for sleeping, as sirens and general road noise can be heard. Overall well appointed and comfortable for our quick stay!

Great location & pool

It was very nice! My boys loved the heated pool! The beach was any easy walk so you could do beach, pool and go out to eat all in the same day. The property manager was very attentive and even gave us suggestions on where to eat. Overall a great place to stay with our little kids!

The property was just as desribed. Very clean, newly renovated and well sticked with the essentialss. Loved the pool and how close we were to the beach. Would definitly go back tonthis dame property. Everyine was friendly and the beach was beautiful. Close to everything we wanted to do.

We love this property!!

This has to be the best VRBO I’ve stayed at yet! Right across the street from the beach. Close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The host stayed in contact with me from the day I booked to the day I got there. The pool was fun for the kids and had beach chairs around to relax in the sun while they swam. We needed for nothing while staying here. 10/10 would recommend :)

The property has not been maintained. The interior paint looks like someone tried to spot touch up

We had ants and crock roaches thru out the unit. The outside crew used a blower to clean up the patio but the dirt was blown into the bedrooms and living area. We had wash some bedding to use it again.

Wonderful place. Quiet in evenings. A slight breeze from the water. Short walk to the beach. Lovely pool. Apartment is nice with great AC. Patios or balcony’s with each one. Could use a full length mirror in the unit for when you are dressing up to go out.

proximité de la plage

Un bel endroit près de la plage avec une belle piscine. Les deux jeunes filles qui s'occupent du ménage sont vraiment très gentilles et agréable à côtoyer. Le condo était très propre. Nous avons bien aimé et pensons y retourner l'an prochain. La seule chose désagréable et que vous ne pouvez contrôler c'est les moustiques à la fin de la journée et le soir !!! superbe service. Merci pour tout !

Needs a.little work

Overall this property was as promised. The handheld showers in the bathroom were both broken. There were four adults and only 3 beach chairs/beach towels. We could have used a few more bath towels. The laundry room literally stinks and one washer was out of order. The condo itself was clean and well appointed. Had a hard time figuring out how to control the air conditioners as there were no instructions (I think a couple needed new batteries). The beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were quite lumpy and uncomfortable.

Beautiful apartment- great experience

The entire stay was wonderful! Apartment came completely as described! Great access to the beach right across the street! They even provided beach chairs and a few beach towels in case you forgot one! We had a little trouble with the front door lock not working all of the time but they checked it out for us mid stay. Otherwise everything was wonderful

My husband and toddler stayed here for 6 nights. We had requested a pack n play and it was all set up upon arrival with no extra charge. The pool was great and the property was quiet. Wonderful experience!

Great place for a family!

Spacious rooms and a nice full kitchen. Perfect place to avoid a crowded hotel. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to several nice restaurants. The Pompano Pier is beautiful at sunset! I am a native Floridian and this had a great old Florida feel!

Perfect getaway

I brought my teenage daughters with for my 40th birthday getaway and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was a bit smaller then it looked online so we didn’t use it during the day when there were many kids out and swimming. We took advantage of it in the evening hours and later. We liked walking to the beach and it was nice that we could rent an umbrella right there at the beach for $19/day. There were a few maintenance issues that we noticed and let the management team know about which they offered to take care of immediately. Wish there were a few more places to eat nearby as both times we tried to eat at the resorts across feom us they were packed so we did end up driving a ways to eat but it was worth it- food was amazing. Would stay again.
