"We really loved our time at Skier's Crossing! Our unit was clean with all the necessary items. We loved the layout and we had plenty of space for a family of 4. I especially liked that there was no clutter of knick knacks and such; it was a cool, homey, and minimalist vibe. I appreciated the guest manual as it was straightforward and full of actually useful information. We were located quite close to local activities and really enjoyed the scenic routes through the Smokey Mountains. The...

The Greystone Lodge on the River

8/10 Good
"Friendly staff who allowed us an early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, but very squeaky. Nice river views and a great location. The breakfast area is too small for the number of guests, so it was very crowded. If you have a scooter, I would recommend putting it in the main garage rather than the third garage. The elevator barely fit the scooter, and driving up the hill to the third garage felt dangerous. Overall, a good stay with a great location (across from Anakeesta & by trolley stop) and friendly staff. Free parking is a plus (minus having to keep moving yellow cones)"

"Check in was quick and easy. I messaged the property before-hand to request a ground level room and they were able to accommodate this with no issue. The room was as pictured and was mostly clean upon arrival aside from the carpet which was a little dirty. There is a laundry room on the property that you have to pay for. We were able to wash our clothes but when we went to dry them, we learned that the dryer was out of service.. Parking was fairly limited but we never had to walk very far to get to and from our car. On the day before our checkout, our room keys were deactivated too early but the front desk staff was very helpful and was able to get us new keys immediately. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions we that we had."

"Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was great, breakfast was good , commissary was stocked and reasonably priced. The hotel is a bit off the main drag and can be a little hard to see, I did miss it once. This is the only hotel I have ever been charged for parking than wasnt valet parking. Not sure if all the Hotels in Gatlinburg charge for parking but $45.00 to park for 3 days is a bit much for seniors like us. I will definitely look closer at that next time. That would be a deal breaker. Hotel is nice and quite, which is more than I can say for some of the others we stayed at this trip."
