"Every where in the hotel was very clean and well presented, the dining room was spacious and comfortable, breakfasts were amazing. The bar was also good and although we didn't eat the food looked good. The hotel and bar are very dog friendly. Everyone was warm and welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay. "The Pine Marten is very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel building is separate from the pub so no noise. The bedroom was clean with all facilities. The bed was (unlike in some hotels) very comfortable. Had continental breakfast each day at £6 odd. It was adequate but no yoghurt mixed with berries like at Premier Inn and Holiday Inn Express. Also the music being played was dire . Funeral music "
