"The only complaint I have about the facility was the beds. Sat on concrete pads and were worn out making it feel like you were sleeping on the concrete. Did not have a good nights sleep our entire stay because I was constantly waking up from my body being sore from sleeping on a concrete pad."

"Clean rooms, good place to stay with the beach access via bridge. Good snorkeling with lots of fish. Has a pool and jacuzzi. We needed a late checkout and they accommodated. Pool could use updating but for what you pay, great place to stay. "

"Nice, new and modern hotel. About a 10 minute walk to 5th Avenue. The area was quieter and less touristy, but still right in Centro and walking distance to many areas. There were some nice local restaurants close to the hotel. We always felt safe walking in the area day or night.
All the staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast restaurant) were always friendly and helpful! A la carte breakfast was tasty and filling. Definitely a great small boutique hotel in Playa del Carmen that we would...
