"The location is amazing, so close to the beach with gorgeous sunsets, and lots of food options. Everything is new, clean, and beautiful. I will point out there is currently construction directly outside… literally 30 ft across the street which was somewhat annoying. The parking stalls were a pain. I had to climb over the seats to get out due to how narrow the spots are.Be warned if you plan to use the sleeper sofa… the supporting boards kept slipping and falling down while using the bed so it...

"This rental was truly disappointing and not worth the price.There was only one bath towel provided — for an entire multi-night stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets had visible ink marks on them. The TVs didn’t work at all. The carpet was dirty and smelled musty, the refrigerator had a large dent in the door, and a filthy mop and bucket were left out on the balcony. The screen door is torn, so bugs come in. "There was no condo when we arrived. The arrival document arrived but no specific unit number and no way to access garage. Spoke with leasing agency and VRBO is not allowed in the entire complex. It was a nightmare. Had to find a hotel. Took three weeks for a refund and they never cancelled my VRBO even after I called and said it was fake. I should not have review access."
