"An ok hotel, but not great. I chose hotel specially for the gym. The gym had a few weights and one elliptical machine. The machine was broken, so the gym was not open. The staff did not know when or whether it would be open. Also, way off the beaten track. Far from old quarter. Only one of many "A-25Hotel" locations in Hanoi. Created some real problems when I engaged Uber to take me to "A-25 hotel." Took me to wrong one and driver insisted it was what I had ordered. Had to get another...

"Average to good stay lots of extra goodies and snacks in the room and the rooms are as pictured but the beds are rock solid and our room smelt like chemicals. "

Later, they change it to second floor. They did not clean the room on daily basis. No breakfast or free mineral water. Though there is a sign called no smoking but people smoke in the corridor. The smoking air gets into my room."
