"The hotel is beautiful. The location is super. It is very clean and everyone was very helpful and friendly. From the beautiful ladies at reception to equally beautiful lady that cleaned the room. It is certainly my go to when in the Orlando area"

Communication was lacking. The resort is huge! There were no signs as to direction of the elevators or layout of the facilities.
