Disappointing Experience

We would not stay here again. We would not recommend this condo to elderly or those with balance issues/fall riskManagement was not very helpful, nor pleasant, to deal withThe condo represented that it had a view of the pool. It did not; it actually faced the parking lot. We were very disappointed when we arrived and carried all of our things up the stairs to receive the view of the parking lot. When we brought to mgmt's attention, we were told we "had no case", and noted they'd uploaded different pictures to the site, which no longer indicated a pool view. After being there for some time, we received a complaint about where and the way our truck was parked. We were told it was blocking the sidewalk and guests could not walk around it, however there was only one more parking spot beyond it, then hedges, so, not necessarily a common path. We were threatened with towing and had to move. We have no problem complying with mgmt requests however we are handicapped and, please note, there are no handicapped parking spaces. I'm not sure how this is allowed. Considering our rental term we'd have thought we'd be given an assigned spot or, at the very least, have a handicapped spot to use. On the compliance note, the bannister on the stairwell inside sits very low towards the step so, as you are stepping down to the first riser, you must down to 'find' the hand rail. Again we felt this could be dangerous for someone with balance issues- we certainly did not feel comfortable!-
