"The hotel room was great! It was comfortable and enjoyable to spend time in. I liked having the separate living space from the bed. I loved how I didn't have to ask the hotel staff to clean my room. It was automatically done. I have not had that at other Las Vegas hotels over the last 2 years with Caesar's or MGM properties. I would definitely stay at The Venetian again. The couch was comfortable with large pillows for shorter people to sit comfortably. The bed was comfortable with two different sized pillows. One was larger and harder and the other was smaller and softer. I was able to use the one that I prefer. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Overall, I had a very good experience—this was my second time staying at the Luxor. My only critique is regarding the promo staff who offer to help. I was just trying to find my elevator, but they redirected me to another desk to try and sell me something, wasting my time until I eventually found it on my own. On the bright side, the upgrade offer during check-in was a great touch!"
