"Had two glorious nights in a deluxe room and decided to stay for a third. Third night room was a classic and felt very cramped. Son was in an attic room and said the same. But everything else about the rooms was great, and the staff were friendliness itself!"
"We absolutely love everything about this hotel.
Clean spacious rooms, everything works perfectly.
Close to restaurants and bars, easy parking.
Great showers and pristine towels and bed linen.
Special thank-you to Alicia, so lovely, helpful and friendly!

"Had a lovely nights stay with my daughter whilst visiting Nottingham. Breakfast was nice and the staff were all friendly & helpful. We would stay again. "
"Really liked this hotel.Great location, cheap parking nearby, lovely staff and the communal areas smell amazing! The bed was very soft, which I like. I knocked off a star as the room although clean, needs a refresh. Shower tray has seen better days. "
"The staff were lovely, helpful, visible and polite. The food was great for the 50% off which it was that day. The restaurant, reception and room no complaints at all. The only thing I could say to improve would be the stairwell to the rooms wasn’t hoovered and didn’t look like it had been for a while. The carpet was also ripped in a couple of places. "
