"The location was good. It was hard to drop bags off due to the construction and location of the hotel. We tried to check in 20 min early but were told we could at an additional cost. I understand they gave a check in time but this was the only location that tried to get money off of it. I also had to stand and wait 5 minutes for a staff member to come up and assist me. The rooms were plain no decor just a bed and one table."

Jess at reception handled it very well and was very helpful. She organised a different room, an apartment, which was pretty basic and was missing the hotel room feel. She was very apologetic and offered us complimentay drinks (2). The bar staff were lovely, but we had to wait about 20 minutes to be served. "
