"Had a superb stay here, would definitely stay again. Cooked breakfast and cereal/fruit platter was fantastic. Lovely host who is very welcoming and helpful. Its a good location in Kendal, away from the busy pubs but is only a short walk to the shopping high street."

"The hotel is a very short distance from the M6, which makes it an ideal stop over. The accommodation was really comfortable with lovely restaurant and bar facilities. We were made most welcome by all members of staff. Food was well prepared and nicely presented. Will definitely pass details of this place to family and friends."

"It was a pleasure staying here, and I would definitely come back. The place was exceptionally clean—honestly one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The only downsides were the pillows and the bed. The pillows were too firm and thick, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, a lovely place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others!"
