Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood 3 minutes from the Alfredo Kraus auditorium Las Arenas shopping center, restaurants, surf schools, supermarkets. We will be happy to help you during your stay in any doubt you have. to move is very easy in public transport.
The city has a warm climate all year round so the walks and baths along the avenue of the spectacular Las Canteras beach are totally recommended. You can practice all kinds of water activities (Surfing, diving, sailing, kayaking etc)

Mycket bra!

En fantastisk värd och och mycket bra lägenhet i ett mysigt område nära till surfstranden och fina lekplatser. Felipe uppfyllde alla våra önskemål och när vår barnstol som vi tagit med inte fungerade åkte han till Ikea direkt och införskaffade en ny. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse i den här lägenheten. Vi är en familj med två barn i åldrarna 1 och 3 år som gärna återvänder.

Sin duda recomendable al 100 x 100, el piso estupendo, todo en orden, muy bien equipado , limpio y bien ubicado a pocas calles de la playa y sin problemas de aparcamiento , La atención de propietario muy buena, sin duda repetiremos.

Aun siendo un dia fue una estancia muy agradable, el dueño es un hombre muy amable que me indicó como moverme por la zona, además todo estaba muy cerca, la playa, un centro comercial, un supermercado y varios restaurantes, además el piso era muy acogedor y estaba muy limpio, seguramente nos veremos el próximo verano.

At your service without invading - A su servicio sin invadir - I din tjänst utan att invadera

It was a nice stay at Felipe's place. Very helpful and non-invasive. He even installed handles on the bathroom's wall so my old mother could hold and not fall down. Nice flat, near the beach. It takes some few minutes walking. Maybe five to ten minutes. Visita agradable y acogedora. Un piso agradable y limpio. Felipe ayuda sin invadir. Muy bien. Incluso montó manillas o agarraderas en la pared del baño para que mi madre se pudiese agarrar y evitar resbalos y caídas. Cerca de la playa. Un paseo de 5-10 minutos te lleva a la playa, donde te puedes tomar un desayuno, si eres como yo. Underbart vistelse. Felipe var en trevlig person som hjälpte utan att invadera. Fin lägenhet, nära stranden dock inte vid stranden. Kort promenad dit. Du kommer fram till Las Canteras på några få minuter. Felipe installerade handtag på badrummets vägg så att min mor skulle kunna hålla i och inte ramla. Fräsch och fin lägenhet.

¡¡ Ya tenemos nuestro nuevo hogar en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria!!

De vuelta de unos días inolvidables en una isla que bien merece visitar de vez en cuando, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Esta vez nos quedamos en la capital, en este lindo apartamento muy bien situado cerca de la afamada playa de Las Canteras, muy luminoso, limpio, espacioso, y con esos detalles cuidados por su hospitalario propietario, Felipe, que te hacen sentirte como en la casa de un buen amigo. En el propio apartamento encuentras lo necesario para un aterrizaje sin la necesidad de salir corriendo a hacer esa primera compra...y luego ya a disfrutar de todo lo brinda esta ciudad. Sin duda, un apartamento más que recomendable por su buena localización y prestaciones. ¡¡¡Felipe!!! Amenazamos con volver ;-). Los Carnavales nos están llamando!!!!! Un cariñoso abrazo y una vez más, gracias por tu buen hacer.
