"Excellent location! Several pubs, restaurants, and shops literally outside the door. I read lots of previous reviews from others complaining about the noise at night, but it did not bother us and wasn’t extreme. If you want a quiet place with no noise, you shouldn’t be staying in the heart of this entertainment district/neighborhood in the first place. Rooms and hotel were very clean, and nice free breakfast. Rooms were a little small, but to be expected in a historic 600 year old hotel in a historic fun vibrant area. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of Galway."
