A beautifully unique pool side property located in a small village just 30 minutes from the centre of Liverpool. Perfect for couples and small families, with an abundance of local attractions to suit all ages.. 3 steps to entrance.

Outdoor heated swimming pool (shared with owner, 8m x 4m, depth 1.2m - 2.4m, June-September, 09:00 - 21:00). On road parking. No smoking. . The Pool House is a beautifully unique holiday home located in the popular semi-rural village of Hale, Liverpool. With its poolside setting the property is impressive from the outset, and once inside boasts a wonderful, vaulted ceiling with striking exposed beams and industrial style brick walls. The sociable open plan living space overlooks the swimming pool giving a holiday vibe, and two sets of patio doors give direct access for refreshing swims on hot summer days. Downstairs you’ll find the incredibly spacious bedroom with en-suite facilities and outside together with the pool (open Jun – Sep) is a lovely garden area where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Hale is a small village with thatched roof cottages and tree lined avenues, around 30 minutes from the centre of Liverpool. There’s two food serving pubs, a beautiful park, lighthouse, and statue of John Middleton, also known as the Childe of Hale, who was said to have stood at nine foot three inches tall! If you’re looking to explore the surrounding area, there’s plenty of attractions easily accessible. In Liverpool you can explore the city’s rich cultural heritage, including the famous Albert Dock, The Beatles Story, and the Liverpool Cathedral. If you’re looking to escape the city, there’s the beautiful beaches of Formby and Crosby where you can enjoy a peaceful stroll along the shore, together with Knowsley Safari Park and Aintree Racecourse. The historic city of Chester is also within easy reach where you can explore the Roman walls and visit the famous Chester Zoo.

Such a lovely set up for a weekend away.

Such a lovely set up for a weekend away. The pool house was clean and had everything you would need and the owners were helpful but also left you to it to enjoy! The pool was amazing and the kids didn't want to leave!! Hale Village is a lovely lil place we were walkable to a pub/nice tapas restaurant and a good kids park.Couldn't fault it!
