"Very conveniently located to universal. Our room was clean and comfortable. We felt safe with the on site security. Check in was a breeze. Very nice staff. We only stayed one night but will return in the future. "

"The the property is nice . Staff was amazing.The rooms were excellent.We stayed on the 14 floor the view from the window was gorgeous. There was no free breakfast included, which was kind of sad. But they did have a lot of places where you could have breakfast and lunch. Everything's was in walking distance so that was nice . Will be staying there again "

"The room was great! The check-in and check-out process was amazing and so efficient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with my gluten allergy. They did a great job of helping me navigate the menu. I would say that my husband was slightly disappointed in how long his food had been sitting before he got to eat it. Most often it was a little bit stale. "

"Many rooms getting re-modelled so its 50/50 which class of room you will get. Make sure the new TV works or has to be reset with a code. There is no bath (which seems to be getting popular with other motels) just a shower so you will be standing all the time with nothing to sit on. There is a fridge, iron (but no board) and hair dryer. Room service was 3 days out of 11. Pool was small but acceptable. Breakfast was typical American buffet (which means very limited) but as there is no additional resort fee, consider the $9 you pay for breakfast as the fee and the breakfast is free. Dealt with 3 staff at check in area (2F & 1M). All cheerful and helpful."

"Parking was great. Hotel was nice and quiet. Beery close to universal studios Florida which is why I booked. The hotel is a bit dated and in need of some updates but the room was clean shower pressure was good. Free toilet trees. Great experience and literally 5 minutes from universal studios. I would say again "
