"A group of 7 women visiting London during a hot as hell week. Wesley was very communicative prior to our check in and during. The AC worked well but Wesley delivered fans to help keep the hot flashes at bay and when we blew a fuse he immediately responded and resolved the issue despite the late hour. "Very nice. Had AIR CONDITIONING during a London heat wave. Loved having 3 distinct areas to sleep in. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. Easy to hop on the tube (2 nearby). Tesco next door was great, as was Gregg’s. Wish they would have had paper towels…. "
