"We specially booked a 2 bedroom apartment, which was confirmed in our Expedia booking. When we arrived it was a 1 bed with a sofa bed. This aside, the kitchen cupboard was off the wall, the bath was cracked, the tiles were broken and so was the dressing table and mirror. We took this hotel to go to a concert at Wembley Stadium. It is only one station away using Marylebone Station. Also very close to Edgware road station and if you don’t mind walking, you can walk to Oxford street. Breakfast was reasonable and coffee was for free. There is a supermarket near by. Staff were super helpful. We had a small situation in the room and everyone coordinated to fix it. Would come back again!

We have stayed in the Belgrave a number of times before and have never been disappointed. The hotel is lovely, so clean and highly maintained. We stayed in the newly refurbished signature suite and oh boy have they thought of just about everything!! There is what appears a wardrobe but opens into a small kitchen with everything from a brita filter tap, Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The location is excellent. Just a few steps from Kensington high street tube station so easy to get around london. Beautiful and quiet area with lovely shops and cafes . The staff were all lovely and helpful . The breakfast was very good . The rooms lovely, bright and exceptionally clean . Coffee, tea and kettle in the room . My experience was excellent and I will choose to stay here again when I next come to london.
