This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms home is located in a lovely and quiet community. Close to shops, restaurants, just minutes away from Winter Park. Great for Disney vacations, corporate housing, holidays, UCF, Full Sail University, Rolling College (graduations or events) or just to relax in sunny Florida.
While in Florida this is your lovely home to wind down after a long day. The formal living and dining room greets you as you walk into the front door, which is great for formal entertaining. Family room and kitchen combo is just perfect for the chef of the home. While cooking you are still able to be a part of the action. Breakfast bar is perfect for those quick meals.
