There are no restaurants or amenities nearby, making it necessary to rely on taxis or ride-hailing services like Uber. While this isn't a huge issue, the traffic in the area can be terrible, leading to lengthy travel times and increased costs. Overall, if you plan to stay here, be sure to plan your outings carefully to avoid getting caught in traffic. Despite its limitations, the hotel provides a comfortable place to rest, especially for those arriving late at night.

The water pressure is not what you would expect in such a hotel- especially when it is located in a well-known dangerous zone - Naucalpan. If the area is a disadvantage the hotel should work to ensure that other details of the experience are optimal.

Despite no smoking signs in the restaurant patio area, I witnessed lots of smoking in the nonsmoking areas in the hotel restaurant patio. I personally endured SECOND-HAND SMOKE. Even waiting for an Uber at the tower entrance was an awful experience.

The room service was terrible, I tried to call them for 1 hour and 30 minutes and they said the line was busy. I went downstairs and they were not busy, and the servers were on their cellphones instead of answering the calls for the customers.
