"The Tropicana is a resort hotel where all amenities are steps from your room - restaurant, pools, beach and a convenience store across the street. Very well maintained and clean everywhere. 4 blocks from the Olas Altas bars, clubs, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Location is perfect. Extremely friendly and diverse guest composition, couples (straight & gay),families, people travelling on their own. I was travelling on my own for the first time and never was alone. Had SO much fun!"

"Fast check in and out. Clean room. Only complaint is that lines were long at bars. Nearly impossible to get into Ala Cart restaurants unless you stood in line an hour prior to opening or wanted to dine at 8:30 pm. They’ve added more rooms but seem like they haven’t increased space in restaurants. "
