Cute and cozy one bedroom/one bath cottage with a private entry and backyard bliss. Fully remodeled with all-new everything, there is a full kitchen and laundry with all you need for a perfect stay. Our open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining room, & living room. The bedroom hosts a Casper queen bed with the softest linens and there is a full pull out sofa available in the living room with a comfy memory foam mattress as well. We have a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and rainfall showerhead, all amenities included. Relax after a long day by ordering in from the many options minutes away, or make your own meal with several groceries stores so close! We have AT&T Fiber for seemless streaming and downloading of your favorite shows or watch Netflix for free on our smart TV. We are on a secluded, quiet street with convenient 15 minute access to downtown, Vanderbilt University, BNA Airport, Lipscomb University and many natural areas (Radnor, Percy Priest Lake, and Warner Parks). There is only a five minute drive to the Nashville Zoo and only two short blocks from Ellington's Agricultural hikes and parks. We are in a perfect spot for exploring, sight-seeing, or simply relaxing on the back patio.
